Business After Hours Sponsorship
Hosting a Business After Hours is an excellent way spotlight your business to our membership and beyond. It’s essentially an open house for your business that brings members in to see what you do, and learn how they can refer people to you. *Be aware that as the host you are expected to provide refreshments. We recommend you budget around 600-800 total for the event, which includes the fee to the chamber for marketing.

Our directory is a beautiful high gloss magazine style publication that we personally update and reprint every year. Titled “Visit”, it’s the Chamber’s very own Official Visitors Guide. It’s a comprehensive guide to the city, and a go-to resource for both visitor and local resident alike. The guide includes two business directories, one by alphabet and one by category, and all chamber members have the privilege of being listed in both. Ads are sold from October to December 15th. Printing is done late in December and new guides are presented in January. Over 20,000 Distributions, including the Visitor’s Center, Fair Booth, and the lobbies of many local businesses, including hotels, apartments, and banks.

Every year the Chamber runs a Visitors Booth at the fair. In addition to the opportunity to volunteer at the fair, businesses can get on or in the iconic chamber fair bags. It’s a chance to be part of the event that still draws more visitors than our beloved Mount Rainier! Over 3,500 bags printed and distributed!
